Zaftig Brewing “One Night Stand.” ★★★★

Donated to the show by John Wollam. This beer was toasty and very raspberry forward. Notes of chocolate on the backend lent themselves nicely to the 9% abv. Roasty notes became much more noticeable as this warmed to it’s prime drinking temp. Overall, a very approachable and unique fruited stout.
