"Vermont Sticky Maple" by The Bruery ★ ★ ★

Smack smack smack hmmmmm….. There’s a lot of maple and a little bit of stouts-ness and just a hint of barrel. I’m a big fan of the maple upfront though it might also be abrasively sweet. The thing that is really surprising me is the lack of viscosity though. I get plenty of heat from the barrel and enough roastiness but the ratio of all the components of this beer are just a bit out of whack. It’s tasty but isn’t going to make it into event the top 5 maple beers I’ve ever had.
