The first movie had SO much catchy original music which I thought was a super charming concept. THIS on the other hand feels a lot more like a cheesy karaoke for the majority of it. Lot’s of low-hanging fruit musically but at the end of the day, I suppose this really isn’t a movie that’s meant for me. It was bright and fun, had a great message and was enjoyable ENOUGH for an almost-3o year old.
