Morning Wood by Funky Buddha ★★★★ 1/2

It’s interesting and has HUGE nose on it. This beer is really carbonated and leaves your mouth with a crazy coating.This beer is tremendous but everything about it is GIGANTIC. I was afraid this would be overwhelmingly maple syrup and though the room smelled like maple, I was relieved to taste a TON of coffee. The roastiness is balanced by a waffle batter syrup...type..thing. It really does taste like breakfast. In a pastry stout, you can usually taste all the adjuncts BUT here, you really can taste the few elements they want you to taste.
