"Galaxy Dry Hop Pseudo Sue" by Toppling Goliath ★★★★1/2

This looks like Orange Julius. Almost like a thin and dusty light tangerine. It’s super hoppy with a robustness that comes across as earthy with a little bite. It has a really nice bitter finish which negates what could’ve been a “too-juicy” finish. Recommend trying the original Pseudo Sue to have a baseline for comparison. The Galaxy hop adds a lot. This is top-tier when it comes to pale ales available in the United States today.
