"Fudge Me Berry Hard" by Riverbend ★★★★ 1/2

I’ve never had a raspberry/chocolate stout or porter before so my list of comparisons is short. can’t tell if I’m getting vanilla or lactose but it’s safe to say that too much vanilla would push this over the edge. I like the tang I’m getting from this. Sometimes vanilla can make a beer too sweet but to have this tang/bite is really nice. Its thick for a porter. It’s tart it’s tangy its not overwhelmingly raspberry. I think there’s enough chocolate to back it up. I’d like more creaminess but not enough creaminess but not too much that it ruins that tartness.
